I agree to take full responsibility for any motorcycle, vehicle, or equipment provided to me during the hire period.

I accept responsibility for any loss or damage. General wear and tear is accepted. Any damage exceeding $250 is payable by the hirer.

A security deposit of $1,500 will be pre-authorised or held on the nominated credit card at vehicle pickup. Ready 2 Ride Tasmania may deduct costs associated with damage, cleaning, fines, or other charges in accordance with this agreement.

I authorise charges for any such additional costs incurred during the hire period.

I agree to indemnify Ready 2 Ride Tasmania from any claims arising from my use of equipment or participation in activities.

I confirm I hold a valid motorcycle licence and can safely operate the equipment.

I acknowledge that personal travel, medical, ambulance, accident, income protection, and/or motorcycle riding insurance is solely my responsibility. Ready 2 Ride Tasmania does not provide personal insurance cover.

I consent to Ready 2 Ride Tasmania using photographs, videos, and media taken during tours for promotional, marketing, website, social media, and advertising purposes without compensation.

If I do NOT wish to appear in media content, I will advise Ready 2 Ride Tasmania in writing before the tour commences.
